Privacy Policy
Data, cookies, advertising and your choices.

Who operates this directory
This policy covers the independent birthday reward directory at birthdayfreebieslist.com. The site editorial team can be reached at support@birthdayfreebieslist.com. We are not the brands listed in the directory.
Information processed
You can browse the public directory without creating an account or giving us your birthday. Search and category filters run in your browser. Following a brand link takes you to another service whose privacy policy applies.
Our hosting and security providers process request data such as IP address, requested URL, timestamps, browser information and security events to deliver pages and prevent abuse. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and Web Analytics; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Web Analytics data practices.
If you email us, we process your email address, message and any information you choose to include to respond and correct listings. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents. We retain correspondence only as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations; hosting providers apply their own operational retention settings.
Cookies and attribution
Essential browser storage or cookies may support preferences and administrative authentication. A visit containing a utm_source parameter may set a first-party attribution cookie for up to 30 days. You can block or clear cookies through your browser; some administrative functions may then stop working.
Google advertising and third parties
This directory is being prepared for Google AdSense. This policy does not mean that Google ads are currently active. If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this site or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow it and its partners to personalize ads using visits to sites across the Internet.
Google and participating advertising vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device or browser identifiers and interaction data for ad delivery, measurement, personalization and fraud prevention. See how Google uses information from partner sites, Google’s privacy policy and Google’s advertising technology information.
Manage or opt out of personalized Google ads through My Ad Center. You may also manage participating vendors’ interest-based advertising through YourAdChoices. These choices do not necessarily remove all ads and may depend on your browser or device. Browser cookie controls are a separate option.
Where consent is required, advertising must remain subject to that consent. Before personalized Google ads are enabled for visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, a Google-certified consent management platform must be configured. This policy is not itself a consent mechanism. If such advertising is introduced, the consent interface must allow the relevant choices and withdrawal, and this page must identify the vendors actually used.
Sharing and security
We use infrastructure and communication providers to operate this directory and handle requests. Data may also be disclosed when legally required or to investigate abuse. Providers may process data outside your country. We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access; no online system can promise absolute security.
Your requests and children’s information
To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, email support@birthdayfreebieslist.com. Rights depend on your jurisdiction. The directory is intended for people planning rewards, including adults planning children’s birthdays. Do not send us children’s personal information; enroll with brands directly under their own age rules.
Changes
We update the date above when this policy changes. Review this page for the current disclosures and contact us with privacy questions.
Change or withdraw consent
When Google’s consent tools are available, use Privacy and cookie settings in the footer to reopen the European consent message and change or withdraw your choices. If the control is unavailable, your browser may be blocking Google’s scripts; you can also manage browser cookies and contact us. The AdSense tag is used to deliver the published Google consent message; publishing a message alone does not prove ads are active.
